Rime Cold Brew Subscription Terms (Canada)

These Subscription Terms apply to recurring subscription purchases from Rime Cold Brew (“Rime,” “we,” “us”). They supplement our general Terms of Service and other posted policies (including Shipping and Returns/Refunds).

1) Auto-renewal and recurring billing

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Rime to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the price, frequency, and quantity shown at checkout, until you pause or cancel.

2) Choose your quantity (bags per delivery)

You can choose the number of bags per shipment during checkout and you can change your quantity later in your subscription settings (subject to the change cut-off in Section 6).

3) Subscription frequency

Subscriptions renew and ship on the schedule you select at checkout (for example, monthly). Your renewal date may shift slightly due to month length, weekends/holidays, and processing times.

4) Canada-only shipping (for now)

Subscriptions are currently available for shipping within Canada only. We plan to offer subscriptions in the United States at a later date. If and when we do, additional terms may apply.

5) Pricing, taxes, and shipping fees

• The recurring item price and any subscription discount are shown at checkout.
• Taxes are charged as required based on your shipping address.
• Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and shipping method.

6) Manage your subscription (pause, skip, change, cancel)

You can manage your subscription at any time, including pausing, skipping a shipment, changing the number of bags, updating your address, or cancelling.

Change cut-off: To apply changes to your next order, updates must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal/charge. If a charge has already processed, that cycle’s order may still ship.

7) Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. When you cancel, you will not be charged for future renewals. Cancellation takes effect after any current, already-processed renewal order is fulfilled (unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout).

8) Payment failures

If your payment method fails, we may retry the charge. If we cannot successfully process payment, your subscription may be paused or cancelled, and your next shipment may not be sent until payment is resolved.

9) Changes to pricing or subscription offerings

We may update subscription pricing, discounts, or available subscription options. If your recurring price changes, we will provide notice as required and/or by email before charging the updated price. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

10) Returns, refunds, and order issues

Subscription orders are covered by our Returns/Refunds policy. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a quality issue, contact support@rimecoldbrew.com within 30 days of delivery so we can help.

11) Receipts and records

After each renewal order, we will send an email confirmation/receipt to the email address associated with your account. Your confirmation email may include a link to these Subscription Terms for your records.

12) Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” indicates when the latest version applies. Material changes will be communicated as required and/or by email.

13) Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their province/territory of residence.
